Message stating the House failed to concur in the Senate amendment             
to CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 192(JUD) An Act relating to                           
reciting the pledge of allegiance by public school students and                
respectfully requesting the Senate to recede from its amendment,

192(STA) An Act relating to reciting the pledge of                             
allegiance by public school students.                                          
                                                                               
which had been held on the Secretarys Desk (page 2544), was                    
before the Senate.
